As a social enterprise of Homeboy Industries, Homeboy Harvest is part of a larger movement toward healing and hope. Our state-of-the-art facility in Lincoln Heights is the intersection of agricultural innovation and trauma informed workforce development.
Our mission is to produce a rehabilitated, skilled, agricultural labor force to benefit the food-economy. We create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals in our 18-month reentry and training program.
